Andres is a Software Engineer based in the Atlanta office. Originally from Venezuela, lived in the Dominican Republic before finally settling in the United States, Andres has successfully guided startups in leveraging and implementing effective technology strategies, significantly enhancing organizational outcomes.

Before joining Compass Equity, Andres honed his skills at companies like Warby Parker and Integrity Marketing Group, specializing in backend engineering, AI integration, and Agile management methodologies. Andres holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and brings a strong foundation in customer service and marketing.
