Trace Dilliner serves as a Strategy Manager at Compass Equity Solutions. As a seasoned management consultant, Trace has extensive experience leading strategic growth, operational improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives across multiple industries. He began his career in oil & gas, managing large-scale acquisition and development projects, before transitioning to Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG, Trace advised Fortune 100 companies in the technology, telecom, and consumer sectors on go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and operational improvement. He also supported private equity firms conducting M&A due diligence on both buy and sell-sides.

Most recently, Trace led key strategic initiatives at a mid-stage startup, implementing AI-driven automation and streamlining operations across customer care and GTM functions. Trace holds an MBA from Northwestern University and Bachelors in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
